Ellmau Skiing Holidays

As a part of the Ski-Welt (Ski World Wilder Kaiser-Brixental), which is one of Austria’s largest ski areas with almost a hundred lifts and 180 kilometers of pistes, Ellmau offers some unforgettable skiing opportunities. Ellmau is situated at 820 meters elevation (actually in the middle of the Ski Welt) and has around 2600 residents. Its great location provides visitors also with nearby Golf Course, near Cross Country Ski Track, Ski-In/Ski-Out.

The nearest airports to the resort are these in Salzburg (90 kilometers), Innsbruck (90 km) and Munich (approximately160 km). Adjacent Train stations are St.Johann (fifteen kilometers), Kufstein (25 km) and Wörgl (25 km), then from from each one by bus to Ellmau.
By car, from Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands etc. opne should take Munich-Rosenheim motorway - exit Kufstein - Ellmau
From Vienna etc take the motorway to Salzburg - B178 federal road - Lofer - St Johann - Ellmau.
