Situated at 1800 meters altitude, the Austrian resort of Sankt Christoph am Arlberg is one of the Alps’ highest winter resorts. The village of St Christoph is known since the fourteenth century when the shepherd Heinrich Findelkind constructed a hospice here. Nowadays the resort of St. Christoph provides with good accommodation in few hotels and inns.

St Christoph Skiing Holidays

Saint Christoph is part of the fantastic Arlberg skiing area, which has access to over one hundred and fifty individual ski runs and with a lift pass visitors are able to go ski or snowboard in the other Arlberg region ski resorts of St Anton, Zurs, Lech and Stuben.
The high location of St Christoph am Arlberg usually allows snow sports back down to the resort and with pistes above 2500 m., skiing and boarding are available on great snow cover most of the time. However, the resort has over fifty snow cannons to ensure great snow base when needed. The forty of the resort are able to take up the mountain 54389 riders per hour.

The nearest airports to St Christoph am Arlberg are, Innsbruck, Zurich and Munich.
By train one can get to the Eurocity train station at Sankt Anton from where to continue with a Postbus to the resort of Sankt Christoph.
By car from Salzburg to Kufstein - Innsbruck - Landeck and St Christoph.
From Munich - Fernpass - Landeck - St Christoph.
From Zurich to Saint Gallen, via Sargans or Feldkirch - Bludenz - Arlbergpass and St Christoph.
