The beautiful and sunny Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis plateau is one of Tirol's most interesting hiking areas attracting a number of tourists with its diversity. The terrain is perfect for easy family hikes and walks providing with great panoramas. A good network of gondolas provides with access to the mountain nature between 1200 and 2400 meters elevation. The resort of Fiss is a traditional Tyrolean village, situated at 1436 meters and having approximately 900 residents.

Fiss Skiing Holidays

The Austrian ski resort of Fiss has direct access to one hundred and sixty kilometers of downhill pistes, with thirty-eight individual runs, accessed by fifty-three ski lifts.
With slopes above 2500 meters, skiing and snowboarding is assured throughout the winter season on the Tirol's Ski Dimension. Further, the artificial snowmaking facilities of Fiss are able to add more powder to the natural snow cover on 115 km of ski slopes with 300 snow cannons.
Ski Lift Capacity the 53 lifts of Fiss are able to uplift 60000 riders per one hour.
The ski resort of Fiss provides with particularly good conditions for the intermediate skiers and snowboarders. For the last, there are 2 snow fun parks with rails, jumps, kickers, boxes and various obstacles.

Fiss Transportation

There are 2 airports within 2 hours drive, so skiing and snowboarding weekends, and short vacations to Fiss are very popular.
The nearest airport is this in Innsbruck (~100 km - 1 hour drive), followed by these in Zurich (~250 km) and Munich (~250 km).
By  train one can get to Landeck, then by bus or taxi to Fiss, Serfaus and Ladis
