Anif is situated in close vicinity to the province’s capital Salzburg, which has gained a reputation for its annual theater festivals. Anif Transportation
By car, one can get there by taking the Autobahn in the direction of Villach-Graz, exiting at Salzburg-Süd/Anif (south of Salzburg). The community of Anif consists of several parts: Anif - Niederalm - Neu-Anif. Also the resort is reachable by train – Salzburg’s main railway-station is situated seven kilometers away from Anif; from there one can go to Anif by bus or by taxi.
The nearest airport is also the one in Salzburg, which is ten kilometers away from Anif.
