Natters (~2000 population) is a traditional Tyrolean village, situated in a sunny hillside at 783 meters elevation, at the entrance of the beautiful Stubaital and Wipptal valley.
The Austrian resort of Natters is conveniently located near Innsbruck and preferred for family holidays and short vacation weekends, both for skiing in winter and hiking holidays in the summer. The direct access to the Autobahn makes it ideal spot for a stopover on the way to the south. Natters has an array of hotels, apartment rentals and private accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets. There is also a good range of guesthouses and inns.
The Natterer See (Natters Lake) is a popular holiday spot during the summer season and provides with great recreational facilities, including child activity programs, a nice restaurant, a guesthouse, etc.
Natters Skiing Holidays
Cross country skiers are invited to discover the unique nature of Natters’ surroundings and amongst the highlights for Nordic skiers is the thirty kilometers long track leading from Mutters to Gotzens and Natters, which is suitable for the beginner and intermediate ability.
Natters Transportation
The airport in Innsbruck is the nearest to the resort of Natters – only around ten kilometers away, from where one can get a bus or taxi to the village.
By train one again can come from Innsbruck main train station, and from where continue with the Stubaitalbahn train to Natters. |
