Also popular are the available extreme sports such as tennis, climbing, canyoning, rafting, fishing, cycling, mountain biking and much more... The Bahnhof Andelsbuch center holds exhibitions and concerts for the lovers of culture. You can become a witness of the Schubertiade festival in neighbouring Schwarzenberg. The Bregenz Festival can be reached in half an hour. In addition, you can get the Bregenzerwald guest card for free if you stay three nights or longer in the Bregenzerwald region. This card can be obtained in the Andelsbuch tourist office or at the mountain railway office of Andelsbuch. From the nearest mountain - Niedere (1700 meters) you have a fantastic view of the surrounding Bregenzerwald Mountains and you are right in the middle of a wonderful hiking area with more than hundred kilometers of marked hiking tracks. What is more, the Niedere is considered paradise not only by the hikers. The Andelsbuch Mountain is rated as the fifth best flying area in Europe by hang-gliders and para-gliders.
